Frequency beats perfection

The single biggest predictor of follower growth is posting frequency. Accounts that post daily grow 4x faster than accounts that post weekly, even when the weekly content is higher quality.

If you have to choose between one great post and three good posts, ship the three.

Platform-specific timing

Instagram: 6-9pm in your audience's timezone. TikTok: 7-11am and 7-11pm. LinkedIn: Tuesday-Thursday, 8-10am. X: weekday lunch and evening commute.

These are starting points. Use your own analytics after 30 days of data.

Batch and schedule

Block two hours every Sunday. Write the week's posts. Schedule them. Do not touch the apps during the week except to reply to comments.

This single workflow change saves 6-8 hours per week and produces more consistent content.
